As Assistant Finance Director - Fiscal Services, Michelle Mykytiak is responsible for managing all areas of the Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting functions for the Macomb County Department of Roads. This includes billing, receipts and disbursements, payroll, budgeting, audits, investments, and financial contracts and agreements. In addition, internal controls and policies are maintained as they relate to financial matters to assure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
