Human Resources and Labor Relations Department

Under the direction of the Service Director, Karen Bathanti, and the Service Partner, Stephanie Dobson, the HR Department directs the activities of the Department of Roads relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, EEO, ADA, training and development. The Department of Roads employs approximately 250 people responsible for constructing and maintaining Macomb County roads and bridges.
